- Comments: "*Nice, encountered a single bird on west side of Lookout Hill early. Later learned they had been there recently, and returned and had 3. Two seen, both female. Found by "wheer" call, like HOSP a little more mournful. Birds quickly spotted in flight with large silver dollar pale patch centered in wing. Larger than sparrow, chunky, big headc short tail. Large beak an odd pale green. Mostly beige with partial yellow-green collar and brow, black and white folded edge of wing and similar colors on tail."
